out of denial.

ada org bg komen x nmpak my lemak.xtau i gemok mane.
so let me share w u my pics yg rasanya x penah i publish.
xnak publish sbb segan dowh.
i x malu2 dah skang.sbb kalo malu, sampai bila2 pun i'll live in denial.

and now im sharing w u all, my weight.
it is eighty seven KG.say it right peeps.
eighty seven KG.
the heaviest i've been so far.

i think this is the most honest entry i've ever had.
i want to walk out from d denial im living for all these years.

so, stop the talking.

and im happy n content.

i'll updating bout my body challenge every 20th of d month.

mun ada scale, ngkah tpt lain
timbang on hari update ajak.. so kita sik obses..
huhu, mek netok pun maseh penat asa mok jaga, maseh 56, da piyed, n mbak keja makan jadi sik tentu..

tp ilang at least 1kg++ per month ok la ya. so realistic kit n susah nak nait balit.

yalah mek slow2.x alu turn 10kg sebulan nak.gila apa.hehe..

Kalau kita dekat boleh exercise sama kan.. yerRRr sak mek dera kitak memena ekekek..jogging 44km, 23 jam sehari ekeke..ya bok kejut nangga dari 83kg alu turun jadi 38kg ekekek...
Anyway, easy jak ya. Ingat jak pesan mek tok.."Jangan jadi hamba makanan" ehek. Wish u luck! ehek XD

yea, menar kata oon, go slow..long term target kmk nang 45-46..tapi untuk mencapai ya, kmk letakkan expectation yang rendah..cthnya dari 39.5kg, kmk target 40..bila dah capey 40, kmk target 40.5kg, so siklaaa terbeban gilak kmk perlu nelan jak2..arum bulak the first 2 months was nothing but eat eat eat for me..payah kitak nak turun, payah juak kmk nak nait..mysterious sekali jak how our body works..pa pa pun, semoga berjaya!

yalah lynn.go slow la kmk tok.so far 2 ari tok ok jak.mind mok cntrol.mun sik nang lapa jak2 ko.i really hope i can get what i want. :)

Kak Fieza, langkah pertama untuk turunkan berat badan memang lah menghadapi kenyataan berat badan kita. YOU'RE RIGHT! hehe..

mek 62KG....
memang susah juak mauk turun..
tapi kamek mengamalkan makan sedikit dan exercise 30 mins - treadmill..kadang2 strecthing otot lengan juak..cuz sia lemak nang..adehhh *&^%$#@. huhuhu (+_+)/

ngeee..wish ya all the best..
sowee yaa mbak kitak gi mamam tek..

minum lah air kosong banyak..
tidurlah akher..
jangan makan malam..
bersenam!! (kamek suka pasal utk kesihatan badan juak..dolok mek makei kructhes sebab tulang lutut xdpt tahan berat badan..doc nasihat turun KG, LOL)
