now baru masuk day 2.
mmg sangat2 menyeksaaaaaakan..
to cut ur food intake is not dat easy weezzyyy..
its about changing ur daily routine and it is HARDER THAN WORDS COULD EVER DESCRIBE!
mkn nasik sekali sahaja.owh yeah!
salu sampai 4, 5 kali.haha...

mlm mkn oat n some fruits..
SAHAJA! :)

i know this craving feeling wont last long.
paling crucial mmg seminggu jek then everything will be ok..

semangat mesti kuat!

kus semangat.. kmk pagi tadik makan bihun, tghari x makan.. kali ptg ya kmk sakit palak, angin.. alu makan burger KFC indah.. tepaksa.. mun nak makan nasik mok muntah cium bau kari ikan, beger jak boleh masok... bahaya juak ninggal mkn..

Aaa biasa la ya ehek. Nunggu perut kecut skit.. bok kitak akan rasa ilek2 jer n sikda gago nak makan glak ehek. Anyway, buy chewing gum just to make yr mouth bz during napsu rasa nak makan. Well, atleast at the same time it helps u exercise your face as well XD

mun ktk nak molah detox ya boh ktk nak meli apa2. ktk mkn fruits n minum byk aek for 3 days. tp ingat dlm 3 hari ya boh mkn apa2 selain fruits.
