the burpee

hye dearies!

how's ur monday?
for me keja cam biasa 9am to 5pm
amik mak blk keja bla bla terus blk umah

mlm nya plak singgah gym jap
seminggu i skipped doing the cardios okkk
seminggu jugak la asyik mkn n all
seyes mkn
bkn sebarang mkn
tp berat tak naik la
tp statik d situ
darn
willpower x ckup kuat
i wasted my one week!

but its ok.
i can start again
now semangat dah mula kembali
i bought my quaker oatmeal n some apples
when i combine no rice diet+cardio=weight trun dgn cemerlang sekali
percayalah!
;)

last weekends dah mula exercise dlm bilik w my yoga mat
doing some squats, sit ups n the new technique dat i learn frm youtube: the burpees
thanx to nieza for sharing the infos w me.

n now i want to share w all of u

kmk lain kesah. kotan salu gilak demam, berat turun dah nektok. bencik mek.. tapi because of that, kmk jadi pengamal oat. pagi, and before tido kmk have to eat to avoid sakit datang. bagus juak lah, at least pat kontrol kolestolol
