cepaaat sangat masa berlalu nowadays.
since my shift dah start kol 830 pg mmg liat sungguh nak bgn.
salu mmg jadual tdo kalo x cecah kol 1pg mmg tanak tdo.
so bila kena keja pg mana laaaa boleh tdo time tu kan..
agak2 paling lmbat pun kol 12..
yelaaa kan single..
kalo dah kawen sok,kompom kol 9 pun dah stat nguaapp.hhahaha.
dah nak masok umo 26 ni kan i dah start amik some vitamins..
kiranya supplements jugakla..
u all ada tak amik vitamins jugak so far?
saje nak share all the vitamins i have for myself..

evening primrose, kalsium, code fish oil,vit C and women ultra multivitamins.

i will take these vits early in d morn after breakfast..
actually yg multivits tu i just started this week tau..
baru jek my mum belikan kat GNC..
and so far i love the positive effects dat ive got..
i cepat kenyang, jrg lapa in between meals then tenaga lebih la..
kurang dah ngantok2 jugak..ceriaaa jek..hehhe..
vit C is good for my skin sbb my skin is too sensitive.
even nak cuci pinggan kena pakai glove..
so bila dah mkn vitamins byk2 camnikan, sure akan rasa lebih sehat dan cergas.
maybe sbb dah mindset awal2..

kmk ada meli multi v 21st century for women before mek dpt keja dolok. kiranya nak nyuroh cergas la tym keja. nektok dah setaun lebih ku keja, lom dibukak gik botol ya. haha..
