Menu sihat

Sejak diet ni kan I mmg salu carik idea nak mkn apa yg kurang kalori n mengenyangkan.
Kadang I took wholemeal crackers w tuna in water which is mmg x sedap la kan compare w yg ada mayo tu
Kadang munching over fruits jek or I mkn lauk jek.milo n oat pun ada jugak.

Kat my ofc ada this very slim figure lady I sama shift ngan dia.
I never saw her mkn nasik laok semua la
Salu dia mkn salad, sayo, wholemeal bread n such.
Kadang she only layan yogurt jek.
And tell u this girl mmg komited ok.
I was like waaahhhh patutla slim
Anastasia nama dia.lawa n slim.tggi plak tu.

So last tuesday masa kat pantry, I mkn sama meja ngan anas ni.
Nmpak la dia bekal apa.
It was macaroni w soup n sayo camtu la
So I tanya how dia masak semua
N she gave me the recipe eh senang jek ok.
Siap dia pun kata senang gila2.campak2 jek

And this morning I gigih bgn awl sbb nak masak for my bekal
Semangat nak wat macaroni cos I pun mmg macaroni fan tp x penah try wat sup.
Salu goreng or baked w cheese hehe

Here's how I cook d macaroni sup ayam w tomato :)

Bahan2
Segenggam macaroni(rebuskan)
Bwg puteh 2ulas(dadu kan)
3ketul daging ayam
Sebijik tomato
Sayor sawi

Cara2
Mula2 goreng bwg putih hingga naik bau(minyak sket jek ok xyah byk2)
Then masok semangkok air
Biar mendidih then masokkan ayam
Bila ayam dekat nak masak tu masokkan sayo sawi n tomato.
Letak kiub ayam sket, garam n lada for perasa.
Lastly masokkan makaroni yg dah drebus td.

Siap utk dimakan!
