Back in track
I'm on bed now but I can't really sleep
Belek2 BB, baca status kat fb but still mata x ngantok
So I guess I'd better blog something about today.
After bulan puasa n raya I gained weight so fast I lost track.
And plus I stopped gym session at all for nearly 3months.
What I did the rest was just makan makan n makan.
I'm like eh pedulikla berat naik pun
Nanti boleh g gym balik ahaha
And yes mmg naik dgn meriahnya seperti meriahnya raya.
Masa 2nd day raya my weight was 86.7kg.
Tp ttp tidak peduli
Still makan janji bahagia until la dah stat balik keja I decided to get back in shape.
Before ni pun mmg x pernah in shape pun kan hahaa tp teringin la nak lose byk kali ni
Last time masa diet demi wedding juzz I lost like 7kg okkk pastu stat blk mkn
Mmg langsung tiada motivasi which is very not good
So now dah masok mggu kedua dah g gym n jaga mkn.
Mmg jaga sungguh2 ok no late nite snacks n such dah
And now I'm 84kg.
Looking forward to lose more n more
So today I cooked myself a chic soup+sawi+tomatoes for lunch
No nasik.sedap jugak n very fulfilling
N malamnya I went gym-ing w nieza.
Gym ni dah besarkan space n byk equipment baru tu yg nmpak tangga kat belakang segala.
Tgh renovation actually..
Gaining is kg is easy but losing kg is tiring as hell to me.
But whatever it is I'm on a challenge w myself now.
And dat is losing 20kg until 26th jan.
Now I'm currently at 84 so I only have 17weeks to go till I achieve the targeted weight : 65kg
Its hard I know but its possible.
I lost some b4 and what I need to do now is just maintaining what I'm doing.
Jaga mkn-workout-tido awl.
No nasik-lauk saja- sayo+buah-air kosong byk2.
Will I succeed?
