my body challenge ada monthly due.
its on every 20th of the month..
meaning i still have 2 weeks to go b4 my 1st updates.
yes, i did loss some weights..
but since i still have 2weeks i cant tell how much do i loss so far.
tapi dlm diet2 ni ada jugak la terbabas masuk kfc mkn snack plate.
hahha manusia biasa maaa msti la ada teringin kan..
then d next day terus balance balik...
mkn cikiiiiit jek.huuhu..
my mum ada tego my pipi dah kecik ckit.
and i can feel it too..
tpt lain x kecik2 lagi.
which means i need to work out harder.
the harder, the better. :)

hey, one tip. Jgn snack. I mean petang petang ya, jgn mkn cucur pisang or kuih kuih, mkn breakfast, lunch & dinner mcm biasa. Nasi pun mkn, but 2 3 sudu jak. Lauk ok. Byk minum air kosong & kurang gula. Senang ... Cuba elak air gas & air bergula.
