my weight-loss updates-part 1

at last its been a month since im seriously taking care of myself..
and my weight obviously..

i dont have any photos to share sbb i lost x byk.cinonet jek.
its about 2kg only.
tee heee...
kate slow2 kan..
i mula2 target nak 4kg tp its easier said than done.
i only managed my food intake.
i eat healthily and drink galons of h2o.
but i didnt have much tym to exercise.
i guess if i do it more often i can lose more n more.

and as a beginner weight watcher, of course there are times i'll eat n eat.
there are times dat i dont care.at all.
went to mcd's and had double cheeseburger.
had fries and what not..
but then i realized..owwhh nooo!!
hehe..
but the nxt day i'll eat in a very small amount.[menyesal la konon] ;P
hati msti kuat okkk!

yg pasti malam mmg i x mkn.
seminggu sekali, boleh la.
tp yg lite2 aje.. ;)

now my target tinggal 18kg.
gilerr banyakkan?
but i will do it slowly though.
xnak cepat2 turun then cepat2 naik balik.

wpun 2kg jek turun, ada jugak yg tego i look better than before.
my face x kembang cam dlu.
dluuu my face cam balloon.hahha..
cam i senang jek nak tau berat dah turun belum,
pegang jek pipi, kalo nipis skit haaa trun la tu :)

what i can observe kan,sokongan dari family n frens sgt2 penting.
cam my mum mmg suka dgr i nak slim.dari dlu dah dier nak i kurus sket.
so jgn harap nak mkn snacks depan tv.
she'll be monitoring tym to tym.
and my frens pun sama.semuaaa sukaa.
yerlaa sape x nak org yg disayangi nak hidup sihat dan emmm hot cam dolu2 kan?

cam x best jek updates sebulan sekali.
lalai jadinya.seyes.
so i decided to updates once in 2weeks.

alhamdulilah.im doing great.i feel great.

Congrats! walaupun u only loose 2kg ehek. Atleast ada perbezaan. Wahhh, target turun 18kg? well,.. go!go!go! ehek XD
