milah n jijah balik kch kejap jek..

-2003..emmm what a memory..
i was still studying in kypm bangi, in fourth semester if im not mistaken..i was dating Mr WDJ and we broke up the same yr aft 2 yrs together..no job la pasal still study..flight kl-kch-kl tu cam every 3months.cuti 2mggu pun gigih nak balik.hehhe..hidup zaman student mmg paling happening dlm diary hdupku... ;)

dlm kol 2 lebeh camtu, bloghopping la jap.
sekali nmpak la ade blog ni tunjok cara wat puding caramel.
siap ada pics lagi..
ai plak terus teruja nak wat pasal dis puding is my faveret.
dari zaman kolej dulu..
lame dah x buat ni ala2 lupe lak..
tgk2 resipi suma mmg bhn dah ade dah.
so pas napping jap td, dlm kol 3 stat la g dapo..
kak ina pun puzzle..
sejak bile la minah ni rajin nak ke dapo bagai..

so here's the recipe.

i named it puding caramel rasa cinta ^_^

caramel:

1 cawan gula
3/4 cawan air

custard:

4 biji telur ayam
1/2 cwn gula
1 tin susu cair
3 tbsp tepung custard
1 tbsp esen vanilla

cara2 wat caramel:

masukkan gula w air dlm periuk
cook w high heat..
kacau2..
bila campuran tu kaler dah tukar brownish, tutup api.
then letak dlm acuan or caserole.

cara2 wat custard:

mula2 campurkan telur w gula.
pukul sampai kembang..
then add in esen vanila, tepung custard and susu cair.
pastu, tuang adunan dlm acuan yg dah ada caramel td..

then kukus 30mins..

senang jek kan?try la kwn2..
sedap mkn tym posa2 gini..

last nite, mase tgh2 layan mata nak tdo dlm kol 1240am camtu, tetiba ada org ketuk pintu my room..
bukak pintu, my mum rupenye..
she asked me to bring my nenek terchenta g normah specialist sbb nenek x sehat..sakit perut..
tukar2 baju jap, then vrooooomm to normah w nenek n mak..
only 5mins jek driving.jln pun senyap jek u all..
sunyiiiii sepi..best plak drive tym2 camni..

sampai2 terus jmpe doc..
aku lak tggu kat luar..nak main game plak malas..
sib baik kat ctu ade tv..
xde la bosan sgt kan..
boleh lak layan tgk adibah noor nyanyi lagu kenangan lalu..hehhe..
sayuuuu ok..

dlm kol 130pg, pas amik ubat, terus balik..

sian plak tgk my nenek x sehat camtu..

im at my ofc now.started working at 830 am.
my shift ended at 630pm.10hr keje uuuuu.

but its ok...gaji sudah masyukk~
sampai2 ofc nyza nak blanja we all breakfast.
so mintak tlg jojo belikan kat kopi o corner.
lusa dah puasa so mkn puas2 2hari ni.. ;)
