ni pun x mndi lagi after spending my 2hrs at the gym
i guess now my lifestyle has changed a lot
i spend most of my nites at dat place
yelaa kata dah join membership kan
mkn2 mlm pun dah kurang
kurang sangatlaaaaa
so jgn bosan plak dgr cita gym2 ni ek.
saya nak sihat, dats all. :)
doing cardio sangat best!
2jam rasa cam sekelip mata jek
sbb salunya i run a lot
mostly 30mins on the treadmill
then 15mins rowing
15mins lagi apentah tp for my legs
then sit ups 50x
pastu b4 balik i lari lagi dlm 10mins.
hoooooooooo
penat!

930 dah ttp tp mostly ramai lagi kat situ
my bro n his friends semua still semangat angkat berat
but not me included la

due to ... doc advise mek sikpat nak plah2 benda ya dolok within a month or two.. missing those things thoo.. mungkn dalam next week kmk stat baru...

sikdalah gilak.. sikit2 jak.. hahaha.. and kmk ada plah erm.. something berkaitan dengan urat2 yang sik membolehkan kmk molah keja2 ya dolok bah.. or else... musibah jadi nya.. tp tok dah almost 2 month kmk sik g gym.. so ... dah kira ansur sihat lah juak nak .. maybe dalam next week bok pegi..
and mek ska tmpt mek ya.. sbb.. kak main.. terus mandik.. pasya balit umah.. alu collapse.. sikda menyempat gk nak online ka apa.. hahaha
untong ktk abg ktk jadi PT... PT itu penting.. jadi dorongan.. hahaha... keep track dengan weight bmi calories ktk ... dalam seminggu duak mmg akan perbezaan besa... bila dah sekda perbezaan ya.. makinlah down.. hehehe .. tp sekpa... ya body baruk nak stabil koh.. hehehe...

mek sik juak hari2 tp spend like 5times a week la di sia.arum semua jak mek kenal n yg bestnya sidak sik duli ngan kmk yg bersungguh2 berekot.sik kedak rasa mek berekot d pustaka.i dont like sbb rami gilak n mun ngga cute guys alu distracted haha sempat!
so far i just lost emm sik tauk brp kg tp i can feel the difference la.kelak2 la nimbangnya..mek ada baju juak k jd indicator hee
Mentang2 dh ada 'gym buddy' nektok ne ndak smgt nak turun.
