am sooo tired and wanted to go to bed so badly but i cant let this entry pending for few more days

ada buat majlis tahlil sekali ngan mkn doa selamat
sempena parents ke umrah
dorang pegi tomorrow morning
sekali pegi with my pak anjang n mak anjang

jemputan family terdekat je
terdekat sahaja pun ramai ok
hahaa
i dah macam major banquet kena siapkan itu ini
pehh penat gila

seawal kol 730pagi my mum dah kejutkan
itu suara kecik lagi
masok kali kedua tak bangun,ok lagi
tp jgn la tak bangun jugak kali ketiga dkejutkan
nahas!
hahahaa

bgn2 iron baju siap2 then tolong lap pinggan2, cuci buffet sets, goreng ikan
macam2 la

tgh lap pinggan tgk plak pinggan pyrex ni
roses printed
lawa!

so me yg suka red roses
bila upload pics ni kat fb, kwn2 komen kata ni antik n klasik
my mum beli ni pun before i was born
mmg 30over years dah
now takde dah design camni

the movie was hillarious i tell u

i officially joined the aerobics and dance classes started yesterday!

he's a nice man, kalau tak betul step, dia ajar

so semalam i g ngan nieza
kebetulan nieza free so we went together to fit aerobics and dance academy
kat atas ses pesona area satok
mun sik tauk juak, nya atas didi restoran
mun sik tauk juak, sama bangunan ngan grand malay restoran
mun sik tauk juak, bah sik tauk la mek nok madah agik
hahaha

the fee for whole life registered is only rm60
then for per session is only rm5 sbb dah jd member
sampai bila2 pegi pun i just bayar 5hengget jek for sejam
sejam je tak rasa pun
kalo tak member, rm8 every session
and class ada 2 session
1st is at 6pm to 7pm
2nd one 730pm to 830pm

setengah jam tu non stop ok
lagi half an hour tu dah slow sket
mmg berkati2 la peloh

especially la yg badan comel cam saya ni kan
haaha

and masa pegi tu pehhhh yg slim2 ramainyaaaaaaa lah
siap pakai sleeveless with legging
takde tersembul2 lemak
rendah diri mak noks

ye lah kan aku sorang je yg plus sized ni
eh takpelah dah hakikatnya kena face it la
eh i bukan la nak slim ke apa ok
i just nak buat some activities which is a healthy one for me
kalau badan sihat otak pun cerdas gituu

lepas abis aerobics, me n nieza went to guardian satok
dengan bepeloh2 tak abis lagi
siap guard tu tanya "kenak baju ktk basah?"
then i jwb "ohhh mek exercise tek!"
haha bangga la ko tek eksesais maka baruk 2kali pegi hhaha
eh nxt time i nak bekal tshirt extra la
boleh tukar takde la basah lencun masok keta kan

i pun pakai legging u know

called kak sue, dia kat klinik plak

so i called my mum at 1130am
masa ni tak mandi lagi ok
nak ajak my mum lunch
then my mum soh call my maksu plak
sbb maksu la yg temankan my mum g epf masa lunch hour karang
orait then
called maksu, dia ckp she'll pick me up at 12noon

bedesuuuuuuuuuuupp terus shower bla bla siap2 semua

biasala kalo nak kuar baru la nak mandi

yesterday i went to aerobic class hokeyyhhhh
my colleague, kak norma sunggoh2 ajak g kelas ni
i was like emm interesting jugak sbb tak penah pun before ni
yg kat pustaka on weekends tu takyah la kira eh
hehe

kebetulan lak friday tu off
so i boleh la attend 1st session kol 6pm till 7pm
kak norma punya la beriya, d nite before kat fb chat siap ingatkan
pastu pagi call lagi
petang kol 5 kol lagi tanya datang ke tak
kalo aku tak datang ni habessslaaaaa!
hahaa

and yes, i dragged my lazy bum to join this session
gila kentang pemalas nak exercise kan

entah brp lama dah tak pakai

hahhaa

so dari umah kol 530pm anta maid balik then straight to d class

aerobics ni kat fit aerobics and dance area satok

atas ses pesona tu

senang je nak carik

i sampai 5mins lagi nak stat
