kedong single lom ada komitmen nak ngando la rugi sik.

duhal tek dah lunch time

mun jak mak ku taukkk bgn tghari kmpom kenak embatttt ngan hanger haha

pas mndik g dapo ada ayam merah p xda lior mok mkn koh
mek jarang mkn nasik now.
even for lunch.
mun d opis mek mkn oat w fruits
mun dah bosan mkn oat, mkn roti krekes.
demi nak demiiiii mok ngecik badan
hati mau kental

tp ritok dah teringin
mek ingin mkn apa?
maggi sup
campo telo.
brp kalori dah tok?
ahhh ku sik duli
janji ati puas.

due to my tight diet challenge, mek mkn nasik seminggu sekali jak
pilih la ari apa
as for this week mek dah mkn nasik marek.
so tggu la seminggu gik then bok blh mkn nasik gik
bila sik mkn nasik n kurangkan gula, weights turun cepat.
seyesly!
n i just lost another 1kg yesterday
kelak la mek update hal berat kmk yg terbaru aaa
ada ka org mok tauk?

bah mek ngga tv lok eh
best nak diam umah jak xda polah papa2.
