eat clean


I started to eat clean since last month after ive received my body composition analysis.
done the test at the office and obviously im now working at health ministry so part kesihatan ni mmg sangat di titikberatkan.
plus, its free siap ada advisor kat situ so mmg took the chance la kan
buat kat klinik ntah brp kena

after dapat test tu, i mmg obese omg the word pun tak cantek itself, OBESE!
macam THE BEAST! haaaaaaaaaa
i mmg lama dah tau berat naik since pindah sini
nait 10kg kauuuu
seronok sangat makan, bahagia tak ingat :D

paling menakutkan is the amount of my visceral fat is so high!
visceral fat is lemak yg menutupi organ dalaman
sian organ2 iols semua berlemak
and of course its not good for health

i memang kalau dari luaran not that BIG and not that fat
nampak normal je maybe berisi sikit
tapi mmg berattttt yarabii and yg di dalam mana nak nampak kan?

since then i jaga makan
now dah sebulan lebih dah i jaga makan
i makan nasik tapi sikit jek tu pun not everyday

here is share some eat clean menu that i had and i cooked myself :)

macaroni sup with egg and vege

chicken slice wrap 

omellete with veges

yg ni i had for breakfast: sunny side up with baked beans and veges

makaroni sup with bak choy

i had this last 2 days. grilled salmon with veges and lemon. dappppppppppppp sangat!

my dinner last nite. eggrolls with vege
 sometimes kalau rajin i bekal jugak gi opis.
this is grilled chicken i marinate with salt, pepper, oregano and thymes powder.

who said eat clean ni tak sedap?
sedap weh less oil lagi.
air manis pun i tak minum. jarang sangat dah.
kadang minum jugak tp boleh kira lah
kalau nak minum tgk kalori dah berapa terus tak jadi hehehe

im not saying that i eat clean all the time
sometime i do indulge myself with mcD, spagetti ke kan but very sikit
kadang half je jgn tak merasa org kata.

and for that one month ive lost 3kg.
air kena minum banyaaaaaaaaaaakkkkkkkkkkk
bukan senang nak dapat bmi normal dekkkk
kadang i feel want to stop dieting tp i pk nak sihat jek
being healthy is a real wealth actually
kalau ada duit tak sihat pun ada gunanya? takdeeeeeeeeeeee

so belom terlambat nak jaga makan.

the journey is still too long to endure
akan ada masa down, but remember all the nice tops at dorothy perkins that i can buy
aahhhh bestnyaaa kalau dapat muat kan
now muat je tapi yg chantek2 tu salu takde saiz hahaha

so doakan i muhasabah k.
i nak sihat tu je.

u go girl. ktk boleh! hehe kmk penah lost more than 13 kg dlk. nak maintain ya ssh kadang2.. tapi teruskan!. 3kg per month. mun setaun dah berapa nak? hehe

thanks zatie. kadang mena jak mkn tapi timbang maintain jak. nok nurun agik banyak2 tok hehe
